MVP raised €2.1m in seed funding (April 2022) leading to the eventual merger of Qori with Synalcom — one of Frances largest payment providers.

Team Work

We worked directly with the founders and their in-house engineering team to produce their first MVP.

Research, UX Modelling

Extensive research and modelling taking a single line concept to a final MVP over a number of months. We modelled everything across the eco-system from the base consumer/merchant actions to the end to end payment journey as well as extensive loyalty campaign management flows to ensure how user behaviour could be moved from one state to the other.

We worked directly with the founders and their in-house engineering team to produce their first MVP. With extensive experience payments we lead on the UX and product design aspects of the project.

Interaction Design, Prototypes

From modelling we moved to almost a month of high fidelity wireframes (everything in detail except for the final look and feel which was polished at the end). This stage was a huge collaboration with engineering and required constant communication so that the could build the scaffolding and backend whilst we continued to evolve the experience with minimal re-work.
